VAT is payable at the standard rate, which is currently 20% in addition to all fees below, however Charging VAT for immigration cases can be complicated because it depends on where the individual lives and their immigration status. We’ll let you know if you need to pay VAT (at a 20% rate) at the start of your cas

Hourly Rate: £220.00 Plus 20% VAT

One-off advice: £150 + VAT** (+/- £100)

What the fee covers: Taking your instructions, providing advice and follow up advice confirmation.

One-off checking service: (£250 + Plus 20% VAT (+/- £100)

What the fee covers: Taking your instructions, checking a completed UK immigration application form and supporting documents and providing advice.

Disbursements & Additional Fees

Disbursements are fees you are required to pay to others during the case process. These may include court fees, barristers’ fees and experts’ fees.

Barristers and Experts

Barristers’ fees, experts’ fees, are all dependent on the nature of the work they are instructed to undertake. Their fees and timescales are estimated on a case-by-case basis.

We will obtain estimates and seek your approval of their fees before we formally instruct on your behalf.

 

Court Fees

When issuing proceedings, a court fee is payable in addition to our fees. The court fee is dependent on the type of application you make. We will inform you of this before any application is submitted.

 

Fees for Entry Clearance Application – Applying from abroad to join family in the UK

Spousal/Fiancé/Proposed Civil Partner/Unmarried partner: £850 + Plus 20% VAT (+/- £200)

Spousal/Fiancée/Proposed Civil Partner/Unmarried partner: £1,000 + Plus 20% VAT (+/- £200)(if relying on self-employment)

Adult Dependant Relatives: £1500 + Plus 20% VAT (+/- £200)

Entry Clearance Application (applying from abroad): £800 + Plus 20% VAT (+/- £200)

This includes:

✔ Tier 4 students

✔ T5 temporary workers

Ancestry visas (If you are a Commonwealth citizen, have a grandparent who was born in the UK and are able and planning to work in the UK)

Entry Clearance – Visit visa for tourism or visiting friends/family: £500 + Plus 20% VAT (+/- £250)

Adults: £600 + Plus 20% VAT (+/- £200)

Children under 18: £500 Plus 20% VAT (+/- £200)

Fees for Appeals

Existing client (non asylum): £1,500 + Plus 20% VAT (+/- £500)

New client (non asylum): £1,800 + Plus 20% VAT (+/- £500)

Existing client (asylum): £1,800 + Plus 20% VAT (+/- £500)

New client (asylum): £2,500 + Plus 20% VAT (+/- £500)

What our fees include: Our fees for lodging and representing an appeal before the First Tier Tribunal will include drafting grounds of appeal, lodging with the Tribunal, consultations, taking detailed instructions, considering documents and advising on timelines.

We will draft statements, provide a tailor-made list of documents specific to your case to support the appeal, assess each document to ensure maximum chance of success, prepare court bundles, liaise with the Tribunal, Home Office, a Barrister and any specialists.

If the appeal is unsuccessful, the cost quoted does not include any advice and assistance in relation to any onward appeal.

Applying for family members to join a refugee in the UK: £1,000 + Plus 20% VAT (+/- £200)

You may also be required to pay:
